How does the Auction Work?
The NABS Ad Auction is Canada's largest charitable Media Auction. Now in its 14th year, this is NABS' single, biggest annual fundraising program. In the past 12 years, the auction has raised over $5.5 million to help those in need within the advertising, media and communications community. It is an excellent opportunity for companies to find targeted, cost-efficient media deals while supporting an excellent cause.

Specific timing for the auction will be announced in December 2004, but the auction will run from Mid February to Early April.

Benefits
The auction offers many benefits including:

  • Advertising agencies can purchase inventory at a reduced rate to enhance existing media plans.
  • The Auction encourages additional or new use of media by potential new clients. Media properties get the opportunity to attract clients that may not have used their medium before.
  • All proceeds stay within the advertising and communications industry = direct support for industry colleagues.

The Auction is open to ANY ORGANIZATION (agency, advertiser, charity, not-for-profit, government agencies etc.), interested in purchasing media.
